Actually, slight lie, I do have access to an IIS server, but it's a customer's. I obviously can't give out the password, and I doubt they'd like me advertising the url ;-)

However, if you can get things integrated on a branch, lemme know and I'll check it out and test!

I'm going to close this issue for now — we've moved off of urllib2, so a new approach can be taken if we decide to tackle this problem.
