Error when switching to economic depreciation system

When setting the depreciation system to economic depreciation for some, but not all, asset classes, the change seems to affect all classes of depreciation.

Depreciation does switch for only the specified asset classes. But output tables change order, so need to be careful checking.

Results look ok. One should note that METR with econ deprec != statutory METR because of differences in discount rate and required after tax rate of return (i.e. if r=r', then METR =statutory rate, but not otherwise).
