"Broken filename passed to function" seen in console #5

Several apps are posting "Broken filename passed to function" to the console.
No idea what's causing this.

This is somehow related to qprocess.cpp / qprocess_os2.cpp

Switching to the unix code made these errors go away, but also didn't fix starting processes.
