Google calendar integration does not work?

Hello.

First, docs on google is missing on readthedoc: https://did.readthedocs.io/en/latest/plugins/#google

Second, it is not listed in the help:

$ bin/did --email jhutar@redhat.com --since 2018-09-17 --until 2018-09-24 -h | grep -i google
$ 

Third, nothing is shown in the output (but I'm not sure if I have some relevant activity in a given time-frame.

I just checked the google plugin and it seems to be working fine. I've updated test data in abd63b5 so that tests are working again. Missing docs was caused by readthedocs being unable to import the google plugin. This should now be fixed by 23c98d9.
