Support for GitHub

Did I miss support for GitHub somewhere? It would be great to pull in stats about commenting, code reviews, etc...

As a bonus, and patches found with identical commit id's to something already mentioned in the git section, should probably be ignored.

Agreed, we were thinking about GitHub support for some time
already. I've just finished the first draft of the github plugin
which supports listing created and closed issues. We can extend it
as necessary. And of course, patches will be welcome! :-)
