Order of approval for dissertation/thesis

Students are confused about the order of the approval process when their committee members sign electronically. We would like to add to the email that is sent to the students after they submit their format review the order in which their committee members will be signing.

If we could add the sentence, "After the final is submitted, the Thesis/Dissertation advisor will receive an email, then after the advisor signs emails will be sent to the remaining committee members to sign, then an email will be sent to the Head/Chair who would sign last." put after the sentence "The committee members will now approve the Masters/Dissertation prior to the Office of Theses and Dissertations". Thanks.

Can the application show who it is waiting on? advisor chair, etc.
