What is this lib/framework exactly?

So I assume it is a middleware for Koa to use Waterline from Sails.
Why not branch Sails and incorporate this Mw and ditch Express? :)

Please add a brief explanation/introduction in the Readme explaining what it is which libs it relies on and how you can use it. Is there an example app?
