There isn't much warning that deleting a user will delete all of their servers.

We really need to handle that better, and the whole interface for them.

Oddly, it seems to hide it in the Admin CP but it is still visible on the front-end.

Assuming this is because it actually doesnt delete the server, and then the SQL joins fail so it just doesn't display.
