Feature Request: Keyboard Shortcuts

I'd love to be able to access Trailer using a global shortcut, use tab/arrow/vim-style navigation to step through pull requests, then select a PR using space/enter.

I'm attaching a link for a preview build which contains this feature - can you give it a try and let me know if or what issues you may encounter?

Keys that should be available to you now:

• Global hotkey: Defined in Preferences -> keyboard, Trailer requires a relaunch the first time this is enabled
• When the menu is open, you should be able to use up/down and enter to navigate and select PRs

Note - there are some rough issues with the above, especially when the mouse is over the menu when navigating with the keyboard, still working on that one :) but overall it would be good to know if scrolling/navigating is working as it should overall.

The new option is now available on the 1.0.12 build - you can update anytime by visiting About -> Check for Updates
