Plain English on labels inviting feedback

The CMS design system has 3 exceptionally clear calls to action for users who have feedback about their experience:

• report a bug
• request a change
• propose something new

By contrast, our current:

• 'file an issue' assumes you have prior Github knowledge
• 'edit this page' shifts the burden of work to the person with the concern

Though we meant these labels to be radically inviting, it might be interesting to test these with people with less Github experience/lower technological confidence to see if CMS's approach to labels feels more approachable.

This was my initial reaction/feeling as well.

I like their buttons, however, all three of them are for making a new issue with different labels. (For which you also need a GitHub account) None of their buttons brings you into the editing flow, which I think is okay as they probably assume the flow is too complex. For now we cater a bit more to power users and those aware of GitHub, which maybe means it is a bit more for show than actually useful for everybody, since it requires som knowledge of GitHub to understand the buttons. On the other hand it doesn't require us to do the extensive work of figuring out how to connect these. A better solution than renaming the buttons might be to link to a meaningful `CONTRIBUTING` file that can get newcomers started.
