The CMS design system has 3 exceptionally clear calls to action for users who have feedback about their experience:

  • report a bug
  • request a change
  • propose something new

By contrast, our current:

  • 'file an issue' assumes you have prior Github knowledge
  • 'edit this page' shifts the burden of work to the person with the concern

Though we meant these labels to be radically inviting, it might be interesting to test these with people with less Github experience/lower technological confidence to see if CMS's approach to labels feels more approachable.
