Engines have been extracted to publify_core, publify_textfilter_code and publify_amazon_sidebar.

Now they have to be removed from this repository.

Remove engine directories
Remove reference to engine directories in tasks
Point to repos or local checkouts in Gemfile
Ensure releases point to released gem version of the extracted engines
