If we're talking about redesigning the whole home page, perhaps LUX could be used for more than just the headers/footers? For example, replacement of the flippy cards could be a yet-to-be-designed LUX component.

Footer for DPUL came up in a meeting today. Any timeline on when footer will changed to that of PUL main site?
