Update brief introductory text near the top of the homepage in the following way. Also please update the Spanish and Portuguese language iterations of the page. All changes are highlighted below.

  • The Digital Archive of Latin American and Caribbean Ephemera is a steadily growing repository containing a previously unavailable subset of Princeton’s Latin American Ephemera Collection, materials from our partner libraries, as well as newly acquired materials being digitized and added on an ongoing basis.

Add the attached Dartmough logo to the LAE homepage, placed at the bottom left of the page to the right of PUL’s and CLIR’s logos.

heard from Fernando!

I like the second one. Let's not add any text for now. Once the [other] collaboration is in place, we can contribute a separate contributors page with accompanying text. Thank you very much.

So: Proceed with Option 02, Right Aligned, for the Dartmouth Libraries logo.

What if we put the princeton & dartmouth logos on the left and then moved the other two (funding agency) logos to the right of the text? That might provide a more balanced look.

I like that idea, @hackartisan. Just to be clear, all of these logos will be displayed on every page of the LAE site since they will be part of the site footer.

Design Pass #2

@kelea99 After looking at the Ganiza Project attributions in the footer, it seemed best to draw a distinction between the types of contributors (content vs. financial contributions). This is a mock-up that emulates that approach. Let us know what you and Fernando think.

Here's a second option with the contributor attributions side by side. Note that this design will wrap at smaller screen sizes so that the logos and text will stack, similar to the mock-up in the comment above this one.

Here's a third option which builds off of the second but right-aligns the Princeton / Dartmouth logos.
