Removing Shipwrights from Nu per #185 means we miss these upgrades:

  • ships -20% wood cost: acceptable due to strong wood bonuses.
  • build 25% faster: acceptable due to +15% bonus for Carracks throughout.
  • Transport Ships +10 capacity: need to add via Great Mariners.
