Create any pattern you want (issue #1)

Hello!
I added 2 patterns, one in C and one in C++.
One (the heart one), you can size it, the another one (diamond) it is possible to change the size too but I already put a value.
I didn't know if I had to do that the output is always the same or if the size can change, so I did one of each one.
I hope you like it!

There's no need for a " hacktoberfest-accepted " since this issue has a hacktoberfest label and I have merged the PR
