A replication task create a distribution object with the publication attribute

In the replica server at the end of the replication create/recreate a distribution object with publication attribute.

Describe the solution you'd like
When the upstream pulp server has the publication attribute set in the distribution object then in the replica server also the distribution object gets created with publication attribute set instead of the repository attribute.

Describe alternatives you've considered
After replication, destroy all of the distribution objects and recreate the distribution objects with publication attribute.
