Describe the solution you'd like

I seem to recall this was discussed in Discord, so I'm filing this just to get it written down somewhere.

I think the package site at web.pulsar-edit.dev should live at packages.pulsar-edit.dev just because it's a better description of the purpose of the site. It's not hugely important, but I figure it's best to make this sort of change early on if people are in agreement with it, and before a bunch of documentation gets written pointing to the existing address.

I'd suggest that any request to web.pulsar-edit.dev be redirected to packages.pulsar-edit.dev with the URL rewritten. I imagine that anyone using the API would be able to follow redirects without a problem, but if somehow that weren't true, we disable the redirects for anyone requesting JSON, and keep them for anyone requesting HTML.

Luckily any users of the API would be using api.pulsar-edit.dev as web. only will return HTML.

But thank you I do remember this discussion and don't have an issue with this change.

With the biggest issue being that the current setup for this subdomain is a little wonky, and may take some tinkering to get it working properly.

But will try to have a look at this soon.

But thanks for posting it!
