Our CLI should suggest what is required to be set for the cloud backends. This would mean that https://www.pulumi.com/docs/reference/cli/pulumi_login/ would expose the Environment Variables that are supported for each of the cloud backends

We are using gocloud.dev for this work and not everything that the pulumi CLI supports is supported

Related to this, I opened #1672. I have @joeduffy 's grep output but it might not be complete. Happy to work with you on this.
