Troubleshoot: setting up a web app with aws elastic beanstalk

There are no examples in pulumi python for how to set up a minimal working web app on aws elastic beanstalk.
Additionally, the examples provided by the ai make use of deprecated/non-existing functions.

Hi @eupattaro89! Thanks for opening the issue. I'm going to transfer this to the AWS provider repository and someone will take a look.

I'm curious, could you provide a pointer to the AI answers that use the deprecated/non-existing functions? We may be able to help tweak those to something that works.
