Mu Graph Language (MuGL) is a very simple graph description markup language. Please see https://github.com/marapongo/mu/blob/master/docs/design/formats.md#mu-graph-language-mugl for high-level details on it. As soon as we can lower to an AST, we will need to specify and implement this format, so that the AST can be evaluated to generate a MuGL graph.
