Issue details

It would be useful to include more granular property dependency information in the state checkpoint and engine events.

Currently, the resource dependencies are tracked, but the specific properties (or explicit dependsOn option) that cause the resource dependency are not tracked. Update events include a detailed diff, which is close to this, but this information isn't available in the static state.

Having this information would allow richer visualization of the resource graph.
