Sometimes I need to disable Wi-Fi or don't have internet access. I am using a Mac using the default installation. When I try accessing a .test domain the browser does not connect. What is the correct way to configure puma-dev or my Mac in order to access use puma-dev while working offline?

Update: seems like maybe this is just an issue with Safari. Chrome seems to work fine. This is what I see in Safari:
