Recording issues when changing filters on the fly. #291

step-by-step:

  1. start emu with no filter / no shader
  2. set any video rec profile (H264/high/960x720 for example)
  3. try to record video - it will record correctly
  4. change filter to something else, like paltv 2x
  5. try to record video again - punes will record audio stream only.
  6. close emulator, then start it again - and video will record correctly

tested on win64-d3d9 build (commit 4084bf8) under win10
