NuGet package installation is failed with MahApps 1.6 due to dependency issue.

@punker76 , If you can do versioning MahApps.Metro.SimpleChildWindow with respect to MahApps.Metro that would be great and comfy.
Like - MahApps Metro 1.6.0 // MahApps.Metro.SimpleChildWindow 1.6.0
