Only keep one video from every (youtube) playlist

This would be very confusing for most users. It should definitely be optional. But even having such an option in a configuration dialog will probably confuse people. I am reluctant to add a configuration dialog and add this option to that dialog. Unless I have some evidence that you are not the only one who wants this feature.

That said, if it can be implemented such that users can enable this via about:config, I do not have any objections.
