What Versions are you running?

OS Version: Win 10 / WSL Ubuntu-20:04
VSCode Version: 1.64.2
Puppet Extension Version: 1.4.0
PDK Version: 2.1.0

What You Are Seeing?

Files stay in the Problems pane after being closed, causing it to be noisy. The only way to clear this is to restart VSCode.

What is Expected?

Files that are closed would be cleared from the Problems pane.

How Did You Get This To Happen? (Steps to Reproduce)

Open a file, cause problems (or just let it pick up already-existing problems), then close the file.
