Add a 'rerun plan' button

Use Case

The PE console has an option to rerun a task. But not to rerun a plan. The UI is very inconsistent and I don't see a reason for this. Please add the option for plans.

I want to browse through the plan history, select one, and rerun it.

I don't see an alternative to this button.

Additional Context

This was mentioned several times over the past years on slack and the request never got proper feedback, this is quite sad and demotivating. I asked why this is inconsistent and the statement was 'running tasks and plans via the UI was implemented by two different teams'. Ok, fine. But did they never talk to each other? Why wasn't this fixed afterwards? This inconsistency exists since years.
