pg_repack seems to be the de-facto choice for online VACUUM FULL on tables.

Facts, catalogs and some other tables benefit from frequent VACUUM FULLing so being able to do that online would be great.

Steps for installing pg_repack in PE.

pg_repack will ship with PE starting with 2018.1.7 and 2019.0.2. I've added #25 which enables use of pg_repack by default in those versions and above.
