Since 2023-01-19 this seems to be broken.

I think the following is the key failure:

An error occurred while installing ed25519 (1.3.0), and Bundler cannot continue.
Make sure that `gem install ed25519 -v '1.3.0' --source 'https://rubygems.org/'`
succeeds before bundling.
