Regarding Pure 0.5.0rc1

I'm trying out 0.5.0rc1, but I don't see pure-hidden-phone and similar classes in any CSS file, are they expected to be removed? Do I have to add the hiding rules manually now?

I can see them created in the grid builder (http://yui.github.io/gridbuilder/) with various prefixes like pure-visible-phone pure-hidden-phone, and also blah-tablet and blah-desktop.

I think that is for version 0.4.x branch.
