Describe the bug
若Markdown文件名中带有#等特殊字符，向文件中复制黏贴图片无法正常显示

To Reproduce

创建一个文件名中带有#的markdown文件
复制一个图片至此markdown文件中
可见错误信息

Expected behavior
图片无法在预览模式下加载显示

Version [3.34.4]
OS: Windows 10
Browser chrome
