[BUG]:左侧导航栏文件夹重命名，大写字母重命名为小写字母存在冲突，只能删了再建 #265

比如，我左侧的树状导航栏的文件夹名称为Perf，想把名称由大写的Perf命名为小写的perf。
事实上，会提示File or directory already exists.的错误，导致无法修改
