[BUG] LMI representation of areas missing

Description
The LMI representation of the predefined areas

• logarithmic spiral (if it exists)
• k-ellipse as in Nie, Parillo, Sturmfels: Semidefinite Representation of the k-Ellipse
• k-ellipse squared

are missing.

Steps to Reproduce
None.
