Merge open and opn and opener

Would it be possible for this project to merge with https://github.com/sindresorhus/opn and retire one implementation or the other with a prominent redirect? Perhaps an inactive maintainer could pass the baton?

📟 yes, please merge/consolidate. Hopefully the merged open will include the opn-bin binary in one package.

@pwnall this repo is more or less no longer maintained - it'd be super cool of you to add that information to the readme and redirect users to opn, since it's active, more robust, etc.

Obviously your choice, but I think it would be helpful for the community.
