dlib.correlation_tracker sometimes fails to perform (neither forward nor backward) tracking.
Resulting "one frame" tracklets are not very useful.

TrackingByDetection class might be updated to remove those empty tracks -- for instance by adding a new parameter setting the minimum length of a track, defaulting to 0.
