Right now you need to find many rocks to get your first moss (or one rock with save scumming), and there aren't plenty. You have to go miles and miles into some direction, to find an "island" and then hope that there is a rock.

Likewise with trees, which you need to collect your first 15 sap for your first sap tree. There aren't many trees and you need 300 trees on average (with the current 5% drop chance).

Running around and looking for rocks/trees for many hours is not fun. Please provide an alternative way to make first moss/sap in a very expensive but safe way.

Moss, yes. Sap? I don't think that's necessary, since you're only going to be using it very late into the early game. Even if you avoid exploration for ores, you're going to have loads of time on your hands for finding trees, and they aren't really rare at all. Heck, you probably need to get a lot of trees before you get to automating tree production in the first place.
