Notification Email not showing folder changes

Using latest dev (27/03 19:00) of core.mailer and phpmailerlite.

When making multiple changes to 3 or 4 folders within a workspace, only one file change is registered in the email with what I presume to be the total number of changes in brackets at the end.

Can this be changed so that each folder/subfolder generates a new line, otherwise it looks to the user that only one folder has been altered, when in fact, multiple had upon my testing

This is what is emailed when multiple folders have files added/deleted within the notification period (currently set to consume_mail_queue every 10 mins, directly within Crontab as the Scheduler is currently not functioning properly)
