[Suggestion] Handle Ctrl+V shortcut to upload files

Would be nice to upload screenshots for example, or if you have too many windows to handle a drag and drop.

There's already a W3C draft, here's a stackoverflow question about it.

It's very useful on http://ctrlv.in/ for example (which fall backs to Java when the HTML5 way fails).
