Sometimes it's natural to think about installing a version by pyenv install v3.11.2, at least for me. However, the output is not that straight forward
pyenv-install: definition not found: v3.11.2
See all available versions with `pyenv install --list`.
Does the list seem out of date? Update it using `pyenv update`.
So I'm thinking we can support vX.X.X or if we don't want to allow vX.X.X, maybe do a regex check and output something like
pyenv-install: definition not found: v3.11.2
Perhaps you mean: 3.11.2
