pyenv local - venv is started correctly and recognized by nvim but modules not recognized

Hello,

i'm using Neovim and pyenv.

I noted that when activating the venvs manually via pyenv activate venv_name then my code imports show no error.

But if i use pyenv local venv_name the venv is correctly activated and i can see it correctly activated also in Neovim (checking list of module installed with :!python -m pip list) but my imports show errors about Pyright not able to resolve them.

Any idea why this happens?

EDIT: From the picture you can see that 'holidays' is ineed installed.

I found out that when using pyenv local, echo $PYENV_VERSION prints out nothing.

When instead i use pyenv activate my_venv then echo $PYENV_VERSION prints the correct version.

Found this discussion, looks like it's this way by design #1759

To solve, i'm actually using also https://github.com/alefpereira/pyenv-pyright
