Feature request: plugin/theme ordering

So, right now plugins (and themes) are in a seemingly random order (probably from first to last installed but since I've used cloud sync it changed), why not add the ability to make a custom order or alphabetical/recent install/etc? It would make it simpler for those who use more plugins (and themes) to go through their list since it's more organized.
