I just installed:
manually by extracting the tar's and running "setup.py install"
If I type now "pip" in the commandline like C:>pip
I get an error "process could not be started"
If I install the previous setuptools version: setuptools-11.3.1.tar.gz all work fine.

A fix is pending release (today).
Sorry, something went wrong.
Fix released as 12.0.4.
