I just installed:

  • setuptools-12.0.3.tar.gz
  • pip-6.0.6.tar.gz

manually by extracting the tar's and running "setup.py install"

If I type now "pip" in the commandline like
C:>pip

I get an error "process could not be started"

If I install the previous setuptools version: setuptools-11.3.1.tar.gz
all work fine.
