Clockify: Use query functions in clockify actions #3458

Brief description

Use query functions instead of legacy_io in clockify actions.

Additional information

Actions were probably not used for a long time. Seeng they use legacy_io.

Testing notes:

  1. Clockify must be enabled
  2. Run Sync action in launcher tool
  3. Run Start timer action in launcher
