One of the first contributors, Charlie (qorrect), put his PyPI creds in GitHub, which we used to publish prql-python
Charlie stepped back from contributing to open-source
We haven't been in touch. But he wouldn't have reason to disagree with this request
We then changed the name of the package to prqlc. Publishing that from GitHub used Charlie's creds, which meant that Charlie was listed as the only maintainer
His creds don't have an email attached, so we can't publish a new version.
And even if we could, we'd only be able to change it with the key in GitHub, which isn't great...
So I would like to change the maintainer of that package to me + at least other active maintainer, such as @aljazerzen
I realize the requests are really backed up. We'd really love to be able to publish prqlc again.
It seems quite unambiguous that this is a legit request, given I've maintained PRQL since the beginning, and this is only under another account because of the author field.

For transparency, my 2FA keys also stopped working, and I opened #4179 a few days ago. it shoudn't impact this request.
Thank you!
