Running multiple bot instances is excessive

Single bot for several servers

Using the current channel dictionary, determine which bot is being used

Started migrating server logs to Seq.

Created a new issue before I saw this, but oh well. I talk about how we are addressing this here: #46

Bot is now live in AWS and is containerized. The single instance controls all 4 servers and more can be added easily.
