USA-style Date Format in Control Panel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
Just a small suggestion to add a USA-style date option in control panel in the format of:
Month DD, YYYY. Unless something bugged here, the only option in the menu that isn't numeric is DD Month, YYYY.

Describe the solution you'd like:
One more menu option for this date style.

Describe alternatives you've considered:
There is no alternative. Standard date format should be included.
