Current error is just statusCode '%d'. body '%s'(

ci/internal/upload/upload.go

Line 120 in 035cf6b

return fmt.Errorf("statusCode '%d'. body '%s'", res.StatusCode, respBody)
), which is not very obvious on what's happening.

Let's add more info, like to where it was being uploaded.
