Feature - Add link to Pyrra in alerts

Hi! As a user receiving alerts from Pyrra, it would be nice to get the URL to Pyrra with the alert. Maybe call the field in the alert something like "pyrra_url". There's a similar issue here where the usecase is to add your own URL (for runbook_url etc). Maybe both should be looked at the same time when considering how this should work.

This would be very nice indeed!
We probably do something like we do with the runbooks on kube-prometheus, yep.
Pyrra already has all the state in the URL, such that sharing or linking to individual pages is totally possible.

If someone wants to work on this and open a PR, that would be very welcome!
