Rename 'master' to 'main' as in pysal/libpysal#353

Using main branch vs. master branch started in #126.

@slumnitz I am wrapping up PR for updating unittests with micromamba, etc. so I will go ahead make main the new default before I push that up.

The default branch is now main. We should probably go ahead a delete master so that folks don't accidentally make PRs to it, but I'll leave that to you @slumnitz.
