I tried using AZP SA, but it looks like the code doesn't work (uses outdated AZP init), is that the only reason its down or are there any reasons? Has it been documented somewhere on what exactly the issue is?

The code seems ready to use in hindsight

Hi, @jonpsy. Sorry for the delayed reply. This is a documented issue in #170. I simply have had no time to dig into this (I am not the original author of anything in the region side of things in spopt) and won't have time for the foreseeable future. However, PRs are always more than welcome.

I will close this issue in favor of #170.
